“ Was on the lookout for a great local spot for breakfast. Happened upon Eight AM by chance and not disappointed at all! Huge portions and soooo good!! ”
“ Great brunch spot in North Beach. Came here with my boyfriend's parents and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food we got. Seating wise we got lucky and got an open window spot with the street views, so it gave a great brunch ambiance. Our Orders: * Fresh Berries Waffles: we asked for all toppings on the side. the waffle was delicious! no complaints because flavor and texture were great. became one of the favs of our table * Nob Hill Frittata: another fav - honestly so good and the cheese made it even better * Avocado Toast Three Way (fried egg, heirloom tomato, and bacon): this is a great option if you like variety but honestly, we've had better and the avocado spread was pasty * 9am Crepe: too sweet for our liking and the cream cheese dolloped in between the folds was a little much I do want to come back to try the chia puddings cause those look SO GOOD Note: there is NO online reservations but we came in on a Saturday at around like 11? and there was barely a 10-minute wait. I think it really just varies on how busy it can be depending on the week. ”
“ This was a last minute pivot as we were going to go to nearby Board and Drink, but didn't realize it would be closed on Tuesday. But we were not disappointed! We got seated right away at a sunny outside table. The waitress was helpful and answered our questions. Food came out quickly and was plentiful and delicious. I'm rarely excited by a fruit bowl as a side because it can so easily be just a cheap place holder. But some real care was taken here, with a good variety of fruits. The avo toast was tasty, bread was good, and the egg was cooked perfectly (for runny yolk lovers like me). ”
“ Avo toast3-ways and Raspberry croissant sandwich was the perfect breakfast to share. ”
“ Tiny place with no reservations however for a Friday summer morning, they were well oiled with their walk-up waitlist. The orange juice was extremely fresh and my lox bagel was tasty. Growing up in Long Island, NY however, the $30 price tag on a DIY lox bagel was certainly eyeopening - especially since the bagel was plain and there wasn't anything special besides the normal toppings of capers, red onions, lettuce, and tomato. The goat cheese instead of regular cream cheese was a nice touch. ”
